Refunds
Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of our packaging. When a Keto Kare pack leaves the distribution center and is returned, we cannot be 100% certain the seal in each pouch is still intact.
Nevertheless, if there is an issue with your order, or you have feedback for us, please be sure to reach out to us at connect@ketokind.com and we will personally see how we can help.
Express shipping: Express shipping fees are not refundable. If your package did not arrive within the specified time frame, let us know so that we can file a report with the carrier.
