Keto Kind has been formulated for anyone interested in following a low carb or ketogenic diet. It fits into any diet preference, including vegan.

Our drink is suitable for anyone looking to take control of their health.

The ketogenic diet is a diet low in carbohydrates, with most of the calories coming from fat, and a moderate amount of protein.
When eating keto, your body stops relying on glucose as its main source of fuel, and instead it allows you to utilize your own fat stores to produce ketones.
This diet has been shown to be effective for weight loss, management of diabetes, some kinds of athletic performance and many other domains.

We created Keto Kare after discovering that many of you shared our frustration with the lack of a ketogenic shake available to reach and maintain your health goals. That’s why we made a drink that has trustworthy ingredients, is tasty and affordable.

After carefully reviewing the available scientific literature with help from our Scientific Advisory Board, we created a product that could fit even the strictest clinical guidelines for ketosis.

Keto Kare is the ultimate versatile drink.

It can be consumed as a tasty snack in the middle of the day or alongside food. It can be had as a perfect late-night snack, or consume it in the morning for an infusion of energy into your day!

Simply shake the drink well, open and enjoy. Don’t forget to refrigerate after opening!

Our philosophy is simple: make the best ketogenic shake while using the least amount of ingredients possible. Of course, we also made sure that the ingredients were of the best quality possible.

Keto Kare is produced in North Carolina. All of our ingredients are sourced from organic suppliers in the United States.

We decided to package our product in a pouch because it produces less waste than a plastic bottle. The reasonable cost of pouches also allows us to make the product more affordable for you!

We currently offer delicious cacao and vanilla, and plan to roll out more flavors soon!

Keto Kare does have calories, so it won’t work for all kinds of fasts.
However, with it’s ketogenic profile and MCTs, it can help you stay in a low-calorie ketogenic partial fast or a liquid fast.

We currently offer expedited and normal shipping to anywhere in the United States.

We are currently in our pre-order phase, so initial orders will take longer than usual to ship out.

Once the pre-order phase is over, orders will normally take 1-2 days to be processed, after which they are shipped. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped!
